Missed Call Banking

The Missed Call Banking service of ESAF SFB provides the customers the convenience of getting information about the account Balance and mini statement.
- To know your Account Balance, please give a missed call on 8592866639 (85928-MONEY).
- Get a list of last 5 transactions by giving a missed call on 8593866639 (85938-MONEY).
Some of the important information with regards to Missed call banking are the following.
- The customer should have a Registered Mobile Number (RMN) for the account to avail the Missed Call banking service.
- The customer should have a Registered Mobile Number (RMN) for the account to avail the Missed Call banking service.
- The customer should have a Registered Mobile Number (RMN) for the account to avail the Missed Call banking service.
- In case the mobile number is associated with multiple account, information on the Primary account will be provided. To change your Primary account, please SMS “SETPRIME XXXX” to 80860-77575. XXXX denotes the last 4 numbers of to be updated account number.
The customer should have a Registered Mobile Number (RMN) for the account to avail the Missed Call banking service.
