[/esaf-accordion-item] [esaf-accordion-item title="Are my internet banking user Id and passwords case sensitive?"] Your ESAF SFB internet banking credentials such as passwords are case sensitive but your User ID is not case sensitive. On failure of the attempts, the User ID gets locked. Transfers within ESAF SFB are instant and beneficiary account gets credited real time. Fund transfer using IMPS facility to third party, other bank accounts are also real time. Fund transfer using NEFT/RTGS facility to third party, other bank accounts are according to settlement cycle and timeline defined by RBI and NPCI. [/esaf-accordion-item] [esaf-accordion-item title="How do I register a beneficiary with ESAF SFB account for fund transfer?"] Login to Internet Banking Choose ‘Add Beneficiary within Bank’ option Fill in the account number and name of the beneficiary as per the account An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number with ESAF SFB. The same needs to be provided for beneficiary confirmation. Fund transfer can be initiated to the newly added beneficiary (within bank, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS) after the cooling period of 1 hour, followed by a transaction limit of Rs. 25000 for the next 24 hours after the beneficiary is added. Login to Internet Banking Choose ‘Add Third-Party Beneficiary from other Bank’ option Fill in the account number, IFSC code and name of the beneficiary as per the account An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number with ESAF SFB. The same needs to be provided for beneficiary confirmation. Fund transfer can then be initiated to the registered beneficiary after the cooling off period which is 4 Hours.. The beneficiaries already added for NEFT Transfer will also be available for IMPS transfer and Vice versa.
