Shri. Biju Varkkey is a Faculty in Human Resource area in Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad for more than 23 years and has also served as a Faculty in various reputed institutions such as Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Management Development Institute, Gurgaon etc. in the past. He is a Fellow Member of the National Institute of Bank Management, Pune and holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from MG University, Kerala. He was a Part-Time Non Official Director of M/s. Bank of Baroda for a period of four years in the past and has also held the position as Director in the Board of M/s. Aster DM Healthcare Limited, M/s. Husys Consulting Limited and M/s. Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited. Currently, he holds directorship in the Board of M/s. V Guard Industries Limited, a listed entity as Independent Director and M/s. Konnect CSR Impactors Private Limited.
