Eligibility

1. This is a limited period offer valid until 31st January 2024.

2. Customers referring a new NR prospect to ESAF Small Finance Bank will be rewarded for every successful conversion of referrals,with an Amazon Gift voucher worth 250/- .

3. The lead generator will be eligible for the Amazon Gift Voucher, once the referred person opens an NRE SB / NRO SB account with any branch of ESAF Small Finance Bank and the account gets funded with minimum monthly average balance requirement as per the account category.

4. The leads send through scanning the QR code will only be eligible for the Amazon Gift Voucher .

5. Each customer can give a maximum of 40 referrals and each converted lead meeting above criteria (point 3 above) will be eligible for the Amazon gift voucher worth Rs. 250.

6. Opening of the accounts based on the referrals generated is completely under the discretion of ESAF Small Finance Bank upon the fulfillment of all KYC requirements.

Other Terms & Conditions

1. The Amazon Gift Voucher will be delivered to the mobile number / email ID of the lead generating customer given at the time of QR code scanning, from the Head office within 14 days from the end of the Campaign period ( 31st January 2024 )

2. The Amazon Gift Voucher can be redeemed online against the sellers listed on amazon.in

3. The validity of the Amazon Gift gift voucher will be for a period of 12 months and this cannot be extended ; new gift vouchers cannot be provided against the expired/unused gift vouchers.

4. ESAF Small Finance Bank takes no responsibility for the products being sold through the website amazon.in

5. Multiple gift vouchers can be used together for a single purchase from the website www.amazon.in

6. Gift Voucher cannot be reloaded or resold.

7. The gift voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

8. ESAF Small Finance Bank assumes no responsibility for the products purchased using the Gift Vouchers and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.

9. ESAF Small Finance Bank reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits under the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the offer.

10. ESAF Small Finance Bank reserves the right to extend, withdraw, discontinue or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice

11. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by ESAF Small Finance Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.

12.ESAF Small Finance Bank shall not be liable for the issues related to technical , human error whatsoever eg: wrong mobile number / email ID being registered while entering the lead details using QR Code.

13.The customers are not bound in any manner to participate in the offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a "best effort basis".

14.ESAF Small Finance Bank will not be responsible for any errors and/ or omissions in the Terms & Conditions contained herein. All information is provided on “ as is “ basis without warranty of any kind. ESAF Bank makes no representation and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the user and/or any third party including, without limitation, availing the offer as to accuracy, timelines, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

15. Failure by ESAF Small Finance Bank to enforce any of its right at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

16. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. The decision made by ESAF Small Finance Bank in relation to this offer and matter incidental there to shall be final and binding on the user.

17. ESAF Small Finance Bank is neither guaranteeing nor making any representation with respect to the offers/services provided by the third parties.

18. Any person participating in this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms & conditions. Users for the purpose of these Terms & Conditions shall mean such people who receive a communication directly from ESAF Small Finance Bank about the campaign, via SMS, Emailer, or phone call or any of the existing customers of ESAF Small Finance Bank.
