Entries may not contain profanity, nudity or pornographic content, violent narrations, anti-competition messages, illegal contents, drugs or alcohol related, or material that violates the rights of third parties.
Entries which would give or threaten to give rise to criminal or civil liability; encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense; or encourages or provides instructional information about illegal activities will be disqualified.
Top 10 selection will be purely by choice of judges.
By entering into the contest, you give consent to ESAF Small Finance Bank for using any material submitted for promotional purposes without compensation or notice.
ESAF Small Finance Bank shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, or alter the Story or Photo submission for any purpose which the bank deems necessary or desirable, and each entrant waives any and all so-called moral rights they may have therein. Each entrant hereby acknowledges that such entrant does not reserve any rights in or to the Story or Photo submission.
All decisions of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
All Participants expressly guarantee that they are the sole author of all content submitted in relation to their participation to this campaign, or they have acquired all necessary rights and titles on the content in order to be able to participate in this campaign. All Participants grant a non-exclusive, worldwide and lifelong license to the Bank for publishing the submitted content on the respective social media pages . All Participants agree to indemnify and hold the Bank harmless from and against any third party claim with regard to the submitted content, including photos, videos and/or story.
