Shri. Ashok Tukaram Dhamankar is a seasoned finance and fintech professional with extensive experience spanning investment banking, sustainable finance, Agri-value chains, and financial services. He currently serves as the Founder and CEO of Fin Bridge Access to Capital Aggregators Private Limited, where he has established a debt syndication platform focused on enhancing access to funding for MSMEs and Agri-linked enterprises.

He has played key leadership roles across large corporate and financial institutions, most notably as Chief Financial Officer – Financial Services at UPL, a global leader in sustainable agriculture solutions, and as Group CFO at Samunnati Financial Intermediation & Services.

Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade with National Collateral Management Services Limited in multiple senior finance roles, including Group CFO, contributing to the growth of Agri-financing and collateral management ecosystems.

In addition to executive leadership, he has held board and advisory positions, including board memberships at Weather Risk Management Services Private Limited and Nurture Financial Solutions Private Limited, focusing on financial inclusion, risk management, and sustainable agriculture.
