SMS, USSD and Missed call banking are services offered under the integrated mobile banking suite of ESAF SFB. The services supplement and complement ESAF SFB philosophy of responsible and inclusive banking by removing/addressing the barriers of internet connectivity, device capability and customer experience.
Registration Process
To simplify customer onboarding, all customers of ESAF SFB are enrolled for missed call banking by default.
Services offered under SMS Banking
The esteemed customers of ESAF SFB can avail all the SMS Banking services through a single number 8086077575. The Mobile Banking facility provides the customer with the following range of services.
- Account Balance Inquiry BAL.
- Last 5 transactions in the account MINI.
- Cheque Status Inquiry CHQSTATUS.
- Stop Cheque Request CHQSTOP.
- Chequebook Request CHQBOOK.
- Debit card pin Regeneration EPIN.
- Change of Primary Account number SETPRIME XXXX (Last four digit of to be updated account number).
