- 🚫 Avoid Public Devices/Wi-Fi: Never use cybercafe computers or open networks for banking or card transactions.
- 🔄 Keep Your System Updated: Regularly update your browser, operating system, and security software.
- 🔑 Set Strong Passwords: Follow ESAF’s password policy for secure login credentials.
- ⚠️ Do Not Interrupt: Avoid closing the browser mid-transaction to prevent failures or security risks.
- 🚪 Log Out Properly: Always log out after your session and close the browser window immediately.
- 📊 Enable Alerts: Turn on SMS/email alerts for all banking activity across all channels.
🕵️ Stay Alert to Phishing: Do not respond to suspicious emails, calls, or pop-ups asking for passwords or OTPs. ESAF will never ask for these details.
