1. The organizers reserve the full authority to modify the date, time, formats, rules, regulations, and platforms of ESAF Balajyothi Quiz 2024 which will be announced through our Facebook page

2. The time, date, and other details relating to the tournament will be announced through our Facebook page.
3. The contestant should be available at the scheduled time and platform for participating in the event. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from ESAF Balajyothi Quiz 2024.
4. In case of any dispute, the decision taken up by the organizers will be final, including those regarding the questions, answers, and scoring of each round of the competition.
5. All information and communication regarding ESAF Balajyothi Quiz 2024 will be shared through the Facebook page of ESAF Small Finance Bank.
6. The Contestants shall be SOLELY responsible to update themselves with the notifications regarding ESAF Balajyothi Quiz 2024 posted through the above-mentioned page.
7. Details about the final rounds of the competition will be conveyed to the participants by the organisers .
8. The contestants are responsible for arranging the required facilities including the internet and other gadgets to ensure successful and uninterrupted participation in the event and the organizers will not be responsible in any manner for any technical issues during the conduct of the quiz.
9. Any technical difficulty that may arise during the final rounds shall be resolved at the sole discretion of the Quiz Master.
10. The Quiz Master’s decision will be final with respect to the conduct of rounds of the tournament including answers and scores.
11. The medium of instruction for this quiz will be English.
12. Participants are responsible for providing their original school ID card if and when the organizers deem it necessary. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from ESAF Balajyothi Quiz 2024.
